When you have a medical emergency, it’s essential to find someone who can provide fast treatment. The vascular surgeons at Miami Vascular Surgery are experts in their field and provide urgent care for your condition related to veins and arteries as soon as possible!
To book an appointment, you first need to fill up the online form that has been provided—fields marked as (*) are mandatory to fill. You will get a call and an e-mail from our side after you book an appointment for reconfirmation.
On the day of the appointment, you need to carry the below-mentioned documents with you:
- Driver’s license or State ID
- Insurance information
- Copies of X-rays, MRIs, CT Scans, and all other medical test records from prior doctor visits
- Medications list (if any)
- Copy of operation report, if you have had surgery elsewhere
Every patient’s life is precious to us. So, if for any reason you want to cancel your appointment, then kindly cancel at least one day before so that your allocated time can be given to any other person who wants treatment. For withdrawing your appointment, call the office during business hours. One of our team members will help you with it.
